IVORY COAST (MAY 2016)

All praises to Allah and peace and blessings on His Prophet.

1) Mystic situation

When I reached Ivory Coast this time, I did not expect to meet important mystic problems because the cleaning has been done deeply the two past times and since that time we continue catching for all events that appear in international news. The result is that we keep getting good news in economy, society and politics and the elections took place better than all predictions in calm, regularity, participation and results.

But as soon as I arrived the journalists at the press conference confronted me with many bothering elements. The first is the public anger; the second is the microbe phenomenon. They also mentioned the death on show of the Congolese artist but we left that case to avoid showing his personal mystic situation. We added to that the fear of after Ouattara’s presidency.

The microbes are groups of youth, even with children, who kill, rob and terrorize populations. Their responsibles could be the remaining soldiers who fought Laurent Gbagbo. What is sure from the catchings is that they use a lot of sorcery to protect themselves. We worked on them intensively by catching in many areas, by following all information and by meeting security responsibles. By the mercy of Allah, after 20 days, the result was astonishing: a great police operation took place and an outstanding number of 300 criminals or assumed were arrested. I don’t recall in my life nor in history that 300 bandits were arrested in one day. We hope it will be the end of this phenomenon or at least it will be very much reduced and forgotten as it was in the previous campaign.

Concerning the public anger, we worked on it and found many people mystically working against the president, from the opposition to give him a bad image and from his environment to cover their abuses or inefficiency. The result was very fast: just two days later the president announced changes then in the speech of 1st May in front of the face aux labor unions he cancelled one after the other the decisions that angered the population. How marvelous to see a president on the side of the population who has become its speaker and the executor of its will. His eyes were opened and his hands untied. That is the sad reality in Africa: anyone who wants the good of the people will be betrayed by his own mates who seek their interest and hide their inefficiency by mystic ways, may Allah keep them away from any responsibility at all levels.

However, when we went around in different areas and other cities inside the country and by visiting some personalities, we understood that a lot was yet to do. Many areas were mystically blocked: the graduated can’t find jobs, footballers don’t succeed, girls don’t stay in marriages, roads don’t get done, government’s projects block, drug halls, hackers, microbes, prostitutes, bars and night clubs seem to be the only successful activities. There also are cities with routes that have repeatedly dreadful accidents, schools where girls get possessed, markets that burn out, crops that go bad, development projects that go very slow. That is when it is said that the development of the country, increase in investment and other positive signs don’t reach the plates of the Ivoirians: indeed those areas and cities benefit very little from the progress of the country. Another dangerous point is that djinns put tremendous pressure on Muslims to force them to do sacrifices and pacts and they give way to the Christians because they are already theirs; so the Shayateen couldn’t stop the extraordinary economic development ongoing in Ivory Coast but they try that it benefits only their allies.

The solution we have adopted and we hope to be radical is to gather the population in a conference, to explain to them the mystic nature of public problems then to ask them to list out what they noticed in their city. That allows us to do in front of all a complete catching for all those problems. We realize when we gather populations massively that the majority had never heard about us or our work despite all our media work on TV, radio, newspapers and others and that we must plow the entire country, city by city and neighborhood by neighborhood. It’s not only for the economic aspect but also for the religious one: these conferences and public catchings shock the population and convince them to leave bad mystic habits and they will also explain it to others; so it is a great daawa.

Another aspect we discovered in the private visits is that many honest and efficient people appointed by the president or his helpers to clean up public services and help populations are systematically victims of sorcery from the corrupted people they block or from criminals they chase or arrest. For this situation, it is not enough to gather populations but we must visit the responsibles of various places and get their confidence so they will expose their difficulties; but we could only do that in some cases.

At last for the question of replacing the president, the dominant belief of Ivorians is that the president is an exceptional person and they don’t see anyone who could continue his way. The candidates from his party or others waiting like hungry wolves to reach their ambitions are all ready to bring the country back to an era of favoritism and corruption. Our solution to contribute to the welfare of the country is to clean the environment of the president, because if he leaves a credible and efficient team, whoever the leader they choose, they will be reelected without problem in sha Allah. In the same time, we work to clean the other parties in the coalition and in the opposition, so there will be no mystic forces coming to disturb the democratic process, and from all sides only the people dedicated to help the country will emerge.

So we call all cities and neighborhoods feeling abnormal development blockages and concentrating des populations that suffer: organize a great public conference and invite a team of Quran Cures then explain to them all the abnormal problems and a complete catching will be done in sha Allah and by Allah’s mercy the change will be fast. Of course it will be the occasion to organize a treatment campaign for the populations who need it and training to establish ruqya units. It will also be an occasion to meet public and private responsibles as much as we can, but we will also do our best to contact and support all those who try to arrange and develop the country.

2) Ruqya evolution

a) With doctors

The most important event is the conference I gave at the Ministry of Health at the service of traditional healers with doctors, professors and pharmacists. The PowerPoint exposition and other documents amazed the assembly by its clarity, its rationality and its high degree o elaboration. But when I reached the requests that are to send us patients and medical students to pursue their research with us, the answer was clear: we need proofs of the efficiency of our work. By the grace of Allah, there is no apprehension on the nature of our work and stories of djinns and sorcery; it is not a problem and they say like WHO: anything that helps is welcome. The many testimonies we have are not a proof: they need a report of the symptoms of the person in the beginning with the medical analysis, then the treatments used and the end result with new analysis; that’s the proof they ask for. So we call all centers, in Ivory Coast and elsewhere, to gather these proofs. We can ask our old patients even if we have to pay them new analysis to compare to the old ones, and better get a report from their doctor who will explain our results where medicine stopped. And for new patients who have medical files, we will systematically ask for a copy of their file and add the evolution until they heal in sha Allah. But all doctors are not so demanding: one great expert in gynecology said he wanted to send us a case and if she heals he will write an article because he usually writes in international magazines; the doctors of Hospital and University Center in Bouake are ready to send us their patients and fear we will be overwhelmed; one psychiatric professor is ready to send us a student to do his research with us. So thanks to Allah for this new step I was calling for since years.

b) Djinns of slavery

If you don’t know the article «essay on African mentalities» it is time to read it on the website. An incident happened like so many before: a group of students learning Arabic came for training and were driven around in the center then chased. I was furious and deceived and it was typically a slavery behavior: treating people like trash, not caring about responsibilities, no feeling of general interest, wanting to keep the advantage for oneself, enjoying laziness and waste of time instead of trying to evolve and improve efficiency in work, etc. This matter kept turning in my head until I did catching to see if there were any djinns behind and Bingo! Indeed there were djinns keeping the slavery mentality in the heads of Africans, precisely black Africans. They said they were originally with children slaves and they loved so much their mentality so they decided to reproduce t with all Negroes. So imagine the mentality of children slaves: they work hard but they hate it; they rush to work because they fear the whip ad they want to show the master their devotion but as soon as there is no master and no whip it is total laziness. Any object they find or they are given will be destroyed very fast because they use it so abusively. Their greatest worry is food, and whatever quantity they find they will eat it all to catch back all the passed frustrations. Each of these slaves, as soon as the master appoints him as responsible of the other slaves will treat them as bad as he was treated and will not share any of his advantages with them. Beware, I am not criticizing black people, I am describing the mentality of children slaves reacting to this situation of slavery with their survival and selfish instinct. And the djinns told us they appreciated so much this mentality that they decided to generalize it within all blacks and keep it going through generations. I asked what is their interest to do that and they said: “when they are lazy and irresponsible, they are more likely to do sorcery to solve their problems and will always depend on djinns. They said only the most intelligent of them can escape this control and indeed we sometimes see a black person with a “mentality of whites” and lives differently than all the others. So there is a wide plan within djinns to input that in the head of each African and I invite all catchers to discover and dismantle it. This discovery is too new to understand the consequences and changes when these djinns will be removed, but we have an answer to this question I was asked so many times: « But why we blacks are like that? » and we will try to do so they won’t be like that any more.

c) Down with shirki amaliyyat

After an incident in Abidjan, I decided to move on to a new stage in fighting shirki amaliyyat. A young patient told me his imam gave him a zikr to do with Qandaroosh, and the poor boy got doing it thinking it is a name of Allah. It is not possible to leave such things amongst us: Satanists misleading Muslims and destroying their lives in the name of Islam?! May Allah destroy them for all the evil they do to the Ummah of Prophet (s) and may Allah uncover them and show their reality to all Muslims. Amaliyyat is various ways of healing or protecting in the name of Islam but quite a bit of shirk is done under that name: taweez, rings and bracelets, names of djinns, sacrifices for djinns and worship of graves, and one good practice: writing verses on a paper or a tablet to dilute it. Of course what we fight is shirk. So far my worry was to bring an alternative by establishing ruqya until the community an d its religious leaders know there is an Islamic and Coranic solution; we can say today that this goal is achieved in West Africa, plus we have established centers in the last remaining country who is Guinea Bissau who stayed last because they speak Portuguese.

So now we pass on to the second stage which is fighting Amils with the following actions. First each time we have an element containing clear and undeniable kufr, we will scan it and put it in a special gallery on the website and show the clear kufr and the amil who gave it. Secondly, we alert the religious authorities on the practices of this amil so they take their responsibilities. Thirdly we will expose the books we find containing shirk and ask Muslims to get rid of them, libraries to ban them and imams to condemn them. You can all participate by sending your ambiguous books and taweez’s – but we need the authors.

d) Opening new centers

Centers have multiplied in Abidjan and it’s all the best for the population who will find the same services nearby. But after a period where we let and encouraged whoever wanted to open a new center we will now put conditions and restrictions. The first is that any new center must be done with the approval and decision of the existing centers and especially the responsible. The center should also be opened to fulfill the need of the ruqya. There also must be an economic logic in opening the center because there is a real risk that expenses will not be met and it will end in bankrupt, so the simplest way to start is to dedicate one or two rooms in the house to ruqya then grow as demand increases. I remind that anyhow ruqya is not to earn money but to serve Islam and Muslims and to improve oneself and get closer to Allah by this effort; so as soon as our intention turns towards money Allah will stop us getting any.
