SENEGAL (MARCH 2016)

Praise be to Allah, and the peace and blessings on His Prophet.

1) Ziguinshore

This campaign in Senegal began with the city of Ziguinshore, the capital of Casamance. For those who do not know, Casamance has a very special geography because of Gambia which is a strip of land surrounding the Gambia River from its mouth up to 320 km; thus if Senegal is a face which looks towards the sea, Gambia is the mouth and Casamance is the lower jaw, separated from the rest of the country by Gambia which connects in the rest of the country once exceeded Gambia. This geographical peculiarity has its consequences on human life. At first, Casamance is further south than the rest of the country, in particular in the south of the famous Gambia River, it is more irrigated and fertile than the rest of the country, that’s why it is more coveted. Secondly, ethnic groups are different: an older or native one and the others coming gradually to settle down. So a conflict broke out on the lands and was transformed into rebellion for independence: it’s not really active today but not finished since 20 years. An aspect which makes this rebellion continue is apparently that these people swore on their idols in sacred groves to never give up their weapons and never stop to avenge theirs deaths. To tell the truth, we did not see more, no sign of military conflict only many roadblocks and controls when we leave Zinguinshore to travel around the province. We keep in mind that, coming by the South of Guinea Bissau, Zinguinshore was our first logical stage.

The center is there since 2010 because in the last campaign, we had stayed and left with it a center, by the grace of Allah. The center worked only the weekends because, as well as the patients, the team of raqis had activities. I say: there is no unemployment here?! What a good news! It is not completely true but not completely false either. In fact, ruqya in Senegal, regarding my centers because there are others, is only managed by the members of the AEEMS, a Muslim students association in Senegal, or old members. Why? There, it is necessary to reread the past reports of campaign. Thus, they get organised and take turn to manage the center and meet themselves essentially the weekends. But, over time, they did not have sisters to make the hijama and no more djinn catcher. The money they earned was more a student scholarship than a worker’s wage.

Alhamdou lillah, the campaign gave a strong boost in all this and despite the minimal activity of the center, its presence and existence for these five years made a big difference.

At first, the communication received a great interest: two radio programs, conferences at the university, the city hall, with the AEEMS, the RIS (Islamic Rally of Senegal, former members of the AEEMS and other intellectuals Islamic project leaders), and, every evening, some conferences in the mosque of the district from 9 pm to midnight where an increasing numbers of young people came. I already see all these young people in a few years taking diverse responsibilities in the country and bringing new momentum; moreover during our travels and meetings with the authorities we saw many young executives aware of Islam and determined to move the country forward: what to say when the prefect’s assistant receives us in his office to show us my videos he downloads and the products he prepares to cure himself?

Secondly, we trained about forty student, well-motivated and disciplined. What to say, but to praise Allah and ask Him to bless this country and totally eliminate the chirk from it and the sorcery.

Thirdly we made djinn catching, so to speak, which will change the face of this province in cha Allah. In fact, there are already a lot of change since my last passage: roads, buildings, the city seemed doubled in size, and especially this strange reality that everybody seems busy, except that, of course, we discover that many of these activities are not a work but a "working hope": a work without salary in the hope that it will pay off one day; it is still widely better than doing nothing and more beneficial to the society. Thus for the djinn catching: we have established a new procedure; undoubtedly progress never stops, and it is in the field with experiments and sufferings that we progress best. After the interventions, we ask the people presents to tell all the mystic problems they know in their region, we note everything and catch for all, besides the djinn catching for all the people presents there. This resulted in big battles and a systematic dismantling of the mystic and satanic power wherever we go. We visited three schools because the phenomenon of girl’s crises is generalized in Senegal but less pronounced than in Guinea Conakry. The authorities we visited wanted also some catching for their personal cases and the responsibilities they manage. We moved in 6 cities and surrounding villages for conferences and catching and the djinns converted in the first city after a big fight preceded us in other places and began to preach and fight the non-believers djinns, which facilitated all other catching. The same thing happened for the schools. Furthermore, the djinns of the patients or of the villages we converted during the day waited at night to join the catching and bring the souls of the sorcerers who went out at night so we can kill them. It was the luck of the young people of the 9pm-midnight conference because it ended with these catching. The result was that the last night, the young presents quoted all the mystic cases they knew and there was nothing: everything was already took off by the grace of Allah.

The last point is the patients: very shy at the beginning, the movement gradually grew up to finish with a small realization. Allah is Merciful because these conferences, trainings and catching are wonderful, but the only thing which finances our activities and allows us to continue is these patients we treat, may Allah cure them and bless their lives. It is also necessary for the continuation and development of the center.

2) Kaolack

After Ziguinshore we passed 6 days to Kaolack. Alhamdou lillah, this was a concentrate of radio programs, TV, visits, conferences and catching for all the mystic aspects of the region; however there were no patients, so much the mentalities are dominated by the maraboutage. We have to say also that there is no university in Kaolack thus much fewer Aeems members who are our supports and a lack of ruqya students.

Among the visits, there is a factory of peanuts shelling which employed 500 people and which closed because of the sorcery. Sobhan Allah the boss had the dream to develop the country through the industrialization and to provide jobs for the population. See the obstacle to the development which represents the sorcery.

There was also a meeting with a Baye Fall close to a baobab declared a National Monument because several hundred years and place of princes oath and circumcises ceremonial. We went there to catch because it is a place of rituals and effectively we catched the djinns. This Baye Fall came to speak to us about the madrasa next door where the marabout provides the children free of charge to teach them the Koran. Baye Fall are young people who walk without shoes and do not make the prayer and often walk the streets by dancing and singing to beg. I told him that he had to make the prayer and he answered that he had sacrificed his life for Islam and that, thanks to them, there were mosques and madrasa because they work only for that. By doing a visit to the marabout, we passed near children who taught not the Koran but poetries to the glory of sheiks. By seeing the marabout with its beautiful cars I could see the source of all problems. What Islam says about the one who maintains these young Baye Fall in this misery and not prayer state by persuading them they have high degrees with Allah? To say that the prayer is not compulsory is a word of disbeliefs. When such a person claims to have visions and miracles, they are certainly satanic manifestations. I invite all my brothers and sisters to ask Allah to unmask them and to belittle them because they mislead the entire population. Above all, never give them your money, because you support a satanic company.

I’ll skip the details of the djinn catching because they are quite similar. But the last evening in Kaolack I made a very pleasant dream. It was as if I was with my family and friends and Gadhafi arrived with his soldiers and put down a bomb then they left by laughing. I remained looking at them and the timer of the bomb approached zero until they entered their base. Then I took the bomb and I threw it in the middle of their base and it exploded with them all. Alhamdou lillah, we catched and the djinns said that it is the base of the sorcery which was destroyed.

3) Dakar

Still in Dakar, it is an intense program of conferences, televisions and radios, with djinn catching in all occasions, on the air and for all the mystical aspects of society, but also an upgrading and reorganization of the ruqya.

It is there I had the most fantastic djinn catching I’ve never had. We went to see a professor's who managed a research unit on mystic things at university. There was at his home an Italian researcher who studied the religious syncretism, in particular Animism and Islam. Other friends were there for the catching. We catched until we arrived to the souls eaters, these sorcerers who transformed themselves to travel. Then we brought back their djinns who allow them to be transformed and I interviewed the djinn after his conversion while the researcher filmed to give her a good work item. He says that the first stage for a sorcerer to be transformed is to give him unknowingly human flesh to eat. Later they inform him that he has eaten human flesh and that it is a debt he has to repay, either by offering his hand or by giving one of his children. It is always the second option they prefer. When the sorcerer makes the human sacrifice a kind of merger takes place between him and the devil who allows him to pass in the world of the djinns and to be transformed into animal as the djinns do. Then the sorcerers will continue to sacrifice the members of their families to feed the sacred canary. I said: the sacred canary? But what is the sacred canary? He says: you do not know the sacred canary? It is there we put all gasoline for planes to travel. The gasoline is the human blood. Thus we brought back the guardian of the sacred canary and he confirmed that it is the only one for all Senegal, more or less because it is not the political borders which govern the djinns; but a single canary for all the human sacrifices made in the country. See how interesting it is: here is the opportunity to destroy at one time all the human sacrifices accumulated in the country, with all the implications it will have on the world of sorcery and djinns. I asked the djinn if he preferred the soft way or the strong way to be converted and he chooses the strong way. We fought with him, we hit, we blew, and tried for a long time until I say: well, stop, we stop fighting. He sat down in the armchair by laughing that we could nothing against him.  I say: well, thus I am going to play my last card. He laughed: he says that he is going to play his last card while he even has no cards in his hands! I read the verse of the beast and he stopped laughing: no, what is that? That is cheating! Then he recovered: it doesn't matter, I am going to take care of it! He got up and began fighting against the beast. The catcher put a punch in the chandelier and cut his finger. The blood began flowing on the ground and everywhere in the living room with the knocks he put in the air to fight the beast, until the beast left. I had never seen a djinn resisting the beast. I recited again the verse of the beast, and new battle and the beast still runs away. The same thing on the third time. The fourth time, I read the verse of the help of Allah until all the djinns converted since the beginning of the session arrived and caught him and then the beast ate him. We stopped there and we continued the catching in the center. We brought back the guardians of all sacred canaries and they were 550, thus approximately the number of countries in the world. It was a long fight and negotiations to convert the first one. It is when I said the name of Iblis that it touched him, as if that demystified him because they never call him by his name. So I read the verse of sura The Cave of his refusal to prostrate himself and so they were converted up to the last one and all this blood was destroyed. This catching had repercussions in the world of djinns because the same night we made a radio show from midnight to 3 am, and the djinn we catched directly converted himself and says: all our leaders were converted, it is not necessary to resist.

Other spectacular catching: that of Khamb from Rufisque. This city is well known for its chirk: baobabs in houses which are places of worship and rituals of djinns. See how the djinns drive people nuts: a baobab in the house? What madness! We made a public conference in the street then we catched for the Khambs. The djinn got up and threw the table in front of us where the water was and mobiles of people which registered the conference; of the stage, the table fell in front of an old imam and broke. We maintained the djinn and read the same verse of The Cave until he was converted, and then all the others. Then he tells us that his work was to kill all those who wanted to leave the Khambs or who told people to leave them. When I told him that we came to save them, he said to me: are you the Antichrist? Because it is the Antichrist who is coming to save people. Thus after his conversion, I asked him what his relation with the Antichrist was and he said: we had to put in the heads of people that the Antichrist would come to save them. It is the second time that the djinns tell us that those who make chirk are already committed to the cause of Dajjal. Then people asked the question: can we now remove the Khambs? Because the fear was real. At the end, I brought back the djinn to ask him what he is going to do now and he said: combating and making sick all those who still adore the Khambs and their children. We pray Allah that this strong-arm tactics will convince the most rooted in this ancestral worship to stop.

We quickly had news of these djinns. The next day, during a live TV broadcast, we catched a djinn who began to shout: are you coming to spoil our business?! Because it was the show of the sorcerers where they made their advertising. We fought with him, we read and that seemed endless until the catcher shouted Allahou akbar and gave a movement of sabre. It was our converted djinns who killed him because, they said, he had too much hurt and killed people, he heard enough Koran and he refused. I said: well, now we can bring back the others to convert them. They said: no, we will kill all of them, they made to many bad things. We can only wish a good jihad to our brothers djinns.

4) Richard Toll

A town I had never even heard of, in the North of Senegal on the border of Mauritania, but economically important by the sugar factory which employs 6000 people and the Senegal River and its tributaries which can irrigate huge areas. The center has been there for one year and it is the only one in Senegal which has raqis full-time, so they have ample time and motivation to develop the ruqya. Actually we were able to visit 5 cities and villages in the surroundings up to 100 km for conferences, radio broadcasts and treatments and of course catching of all mystic aspects which were not lacking. The only regret we had is schools: a high school accepted with enjoyment our intervention and we did the catching for two and a half hours to finish all the djinns, except one girls who cried because we removed her husband djinn and the baby of him she carried! Actually we find sometimes girls who are witches among those who make the crises and we have to fight until we extract their power of sorcery. . For the colleges the administration made a fool of us and despite all our efforts access was refused to us. Schools are however a highly strategic place: all the djinns of the zone come here to party and to possess the girls; they put an enormous pressure on schools and families to oblige them to make sacrifices and thus to bring everybody in Satanism. I join the poster we prepared for schools for all those who live this situation; even if you cannot make the treatment in the school, propose them the poster.

Inna lillahi wa Inna ilayhi rajioune inna, brother Ismael, person in charge of Richard Toll's center, who was in front of all activities and responsibilities, who was completely dedicated to the ruqya and its expansion, died a few hours after the departure of the last elements of our team from the effects of an ulcer. We ask Allah to welcome him in His mercy and to take care of his two wives and his children. My conviction is that Allah wanted his good by ending his life with efforts and sacrifices for the religion, may Allah write him among those who sold themselves and their properties to Allah and bring him with the Prophet and his companions.

5) Upgrading of the ruqya

The novelties in the ruqya are given in the campaign’s reports and all our raqis and centers are supposed to be automatically updated. After the discovery, in the past, of serious alterations of the method, we set up an updating and controlling system of the treatment’s method with a charter that the centers have to respect. It is not interesting to mention the lacks we noticed but here are the recommendations:

- Every center has to make sure of having the charter and to respect its conditions. The person in charge in every country has to make sure of it.

- In our method, there is no systematic reading in the ears of the patient after cupping. It is only if the patient has reactions during the reading with cupping and if they are still there at the end of the reading, in this situation, we continue to take care of his case. Preferably, we are going to catch to bring the djinns until he feels nothing more. Otherwise we read in his ear by knocking on the head or the neck, and the patient can knock himself on his body to finish the djinns, convert them or possibly make the patient catch himself. Thus all the centers which make this systematic practice have only to stop and to concentrate on our other tools: cupping, psychotherapy, catching and verses added to the treatment.

- The psychotherapy must be used more often. I give you an example. I consulted a patient who had phobias and blockings. There was a mix of mental problems, health and life. I have prescribed to him cupping as well as psychotherapy. However, when he arrived at the cupping room he refused the cupping because he can’t stand the sight of blood. The brother wanted to read on him without cupping and I said: no, he will make the psychotherapy at first. I asked a brother if he knew how to make the psychotherapy and he says yes and I entrusted to him the patient. After a few minutes, I heard them chatting together; I went to see and I found them discussing. I asked him again if he had learnt our method of psychotherapy and in fact he thought that it was enough to listen to people and to advise them. Thus I entrusted the patient to another brother who knew the psychotherapy. After half an hour he announced me that he had ended. But arrived at the cupping the patient always refused. So I asked the brother to resume the psychotherapy because the reason of his fear of blood is psychological because of the shocks he lived. He redid him the psychotherapy and at the end the patient agreed to make cupping without difficulty. You can find that this story is boring but look at the case of this patient. First, I had to prescribe the psychotherapy, then I intervened four times for the prescription to be correctly applied, and the patient could be relieved of his phobias, he was very happy of that and had the cupping to remove the sorcery of his body. He had seen many raqis and made several treatments without being cured and he had come with the hope in us. See how these negligence make the treatment ineffective and patients are going to waste their time and money unnecessarily. My students neglect my teachings and then look elsewhere for solutions. I arrive and I find patients who come for more than one year and their situation is evolving too slowly. It’s not necessary to say that I am angry of these failings, but I am certainly disappointed and tired to repeat the same things and I ask Allah to bring people who will better understand and apply my teaching or to show me on how to better mentor my students. What is sure is that my age advance, my strengths weaken, and I have less and less desire to go where we make me waste my time, where we use my name to attract people and then we do not apply my teachings. Thus all the patients heavily affected by the djinns, make them the psychotherapy until finish all their past sufferings. For the other patients make them the psychotherapy when you see that they suffered enough in their lives. If you have not a lot of patients, make the psychotherapy systematically to every patient. Train all the workers of the center to the psychotherapy, especially the women so they can take care of women. And who among my students remembers that I require that all my raqis undergoes the psychotherapy until keeping no pain of their past? So you will be stronger to take care of the patients, to resist attacks and manage your teams. Then those who have not made it yet have only to make it.

- The catching is not sufficiently understood. In a center we catched for patients, then we continued the catching and djinns said: it is strange, we usually stay outside and we wait that the patients go out to return with them, how is it that this time we entered?See, because the catching is insufficient, we do not look for the djinns of the house of the patient, his family, his work, for the sorcerers, for the spies, for those who attack the center etc. etc. the small space we clean is invaded by new djinns and the cases of the patients drag on. In another center, we found that the djinns converted during the last passage had, for the most part, left Islam, and the brothers admitted they never catched for the sorcerers and what passed in the city but only for the patients and the djinns complained that nobody prays for them. What it is important to understand is that we are in a global and total war against the Satanism and that any occasion and information must be exploited in this war. Neglect it and you are invaded by the djinns on all sides and you do not understand why the ruqya does not work. In our fight the daily douâa is essential for the cure of our patients, our protection as well as our families, the guidance and the perseverance of the Muslim djinns in the fight and the destruction of the sorcerers and the Satanists. Other brothers complained to me about big maraboutage made during wrestling matches and after they admit they have never catch for that; that is pitiful and disappointing; don’t you see how Fifa is turned upside down because of the catching for football? Furthermore, every center must train new catchers continuously, even if there are already catcher in the center. At first it is for the benefit of patients, because a patient became catcher will be stronger and better armed to solve his own problem. Secondly, more help by the catching will do to us a world of good especially as the catchers have different capacities and we can find one who will be very effective. Finally, the catchers are not eternal, they can move, get married, becoming ill etc. thus we never have too much catchers and other centers can need them, or open new centers, add a catching service by Skype or viber. Thus that reinforced my strong belief: where there is no catcher, we do not try enough to have them because there are enough patients who have the potential to become catchers.

- In the ruqya’s centers it is not possible for man and a woman foreign to each other to stay together in a locked room. By eliminating the systematic sessions of reading in ears, this will be little left of these individual sessions in cha Allah. But if a private meeting is needed, for a consultation in private or a psychotherapy for example, leave the door open. Anyway, there is no private space in the center of ruqya, only the toilet and cupping’s rooms where the men do not have to enter while we make cupping to the women and also the women by the men. So wherever you are, a raqi can enter at any time without warning. The men do not make cupping to the women. You can say that it is a medical constraint, that there are no sisters, that the patient is accompanied; it is your responsibility, but warn us so that we remove your center of the list on my site until you find women to make cupping to the women. We do not take either the numbers of the patients whether it is for more treatment and follow-up outside of the center or for something else. It is the patient who calls or comes if he has problems, and if you want to marry a patient do not say or show anything until she finished her treatment.

- There is not in our methods of teaching reading on the sand to spray the house or something else, or to soak in water to obtain coranised water. There is not either in our methods injection of oil of habba sawda or other in the anus or the vagina or even less in the blood nor in eye drops. We have either no prickly powder to be put in eyes. If you have any other method which is not in my book or my teachings expose it to ask for an approval.

- We must hurry register as traditional practitioners. This is what I announced for years: in the last international meeting of traditional practitioners in Guinea Conakry, the decision was to forbid those who are not declared. Here, in Guinea Bissau the only ones who supported us administratively to lead the campaign legally are the traditional practitioners. In Senegal, the first day we visited the prefect, he required the papers of our structure otherwise no activity would be authorized. Today the terrorism does not spare any country, and if we are not already in a legal framework this is an additional reason to hurry to declare ourselves. I repeat that the procedure consists at first that every raqi individually goes to declare and register to the Ministry of Health, the director of the pharmacy, the office of traditional practitioners – we have to see for each country. Then we establish a group among the traditional practitioners because there are already a group of African traditional healers and a group of Chinese medicine, we are the group which cures by the Koran, and we invite the other raqis to join us. Then we call to competent authorities to the Ministry of Health to explain our results and follow the usual procedures in order to achieve our integration in the official medicine.

Conclusion :

This campaign in Senegal was a big step forward in the ruqya and the fight against the chirk, we pray Allah for this to continue, may Allah strengthen our raqis and our center, cure our sick, neutralize the sorcerers and unmask all those who use the name of religion to mislead the Muslims.
